Adaptive Dance 101 promotes gross motor, coordination, balance, social skills and sequencing while learning a variety of different dances. The step by step instructions are easy enough to learn one new dance per class. Select from our different Adaptive Dance 101 programs for your facility or school. You can utilize the entire program or select a few dances for a shorter program.

Line Dance 101
Adaptive Line Dance 101 is an 8 week program that teaches 8 different line dances which have been adapted for individuals with disabilities. This program includes: the Cupid Shuffle, Electric Slide, Two Step Line Dance, Cotton Eyed Joe, the Wobble, Footloose, Tush Push, and the Cha Cha Slide. |

Square Dance 101
Square Dancing 101 is a 5 week program that teaches 5 different square dances which have been adapted for individuals with disabilities while learning 21 basic square dance calls and moves. This program includes: Shake It Up, Two Times, Cotton Eyed Joe, Techno Blue, and What A Wonderful World. |

Multicultural Dance 101
Multicultural Dance 101 is in the works for summer 2018 where we will travel to different countries through music (hand bells) and dance. Various program lengths are available depending on the groups needs from 4 weeks to 18 weeks. These programs include dances from: Israel (Hora), Hawaii (Hukilau), Seria (Savila Se Bela Loza), United States (Virginia Reel), Germany (d'hammerschmiedsgselin), Ghana (Highlife), Romania (Alunelul), China (Yanko), Mexico ( El Jarabe Tapatio), Greece (Syrtos), Japan (Tanko Bush), Canada (Les Saluts), Italy (Tarantella), Russia (Korobushka), England (Gathering Peascods), Philippines (Tinikling), Ireland (Siege of Ennis), and Hungary (Dunatuli Ugros). Dance of the Decades 101 is a 5 week program that teaches a variety of dances from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. This program includes: 1950s; Hand Jive, Bunny Hop, Conga, Stroll; 1960s; Twist, Monkey, Pony, Swim, Mashed Potatoes, Egyptian, Locomotion; 1970s; Night Fever, Bus Stop, Step Touch, Lazy Leg, Four Corners, and Funky Worm; and 1980s; Roger Rabbit, Robo Cop, Cabbage Patch, Moonwalk, Funky Twist, Pac Man, and More!
